Step 1: Sign up/Log in to your account (to collect points) 

Step 2: Select products and add to cart

Step 3: View your cart and click “Checkout” 

Step 4: Key in your contact and delivery details

Step 5: Select preferred shipping method 

Step 6: Select payment method 

Step 7: Check your order details before clicking “Place Order Now”. Upon placing an order, it will be deemed thy the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are understood and accepted as applying to your order.

Step 8: Make payment and wait for the best natural peanut butter to be sent to your doorstep! 

How am I sure my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. 

Do I need an account before I order?

Not necessary. But you will be a member of our JOBBIE SuperNut Club to enjoy member’s privileges just by creating an account at our store. Creating an account is easy, the best part is, it is FREE! 

Can I amend my order?

Yes, you may contact us to amend your order. Any amounts paid prior to you order will be credited as store credit to your JOBBIE Nut Butter Account and not as a direct refund. The store credit at your JOBBIE Nut Butter Account can be used for your next purchase. 

Can I cancel my order? Will I be able to get a refund upon cancellation of my order?

Yes, you may contact us to cancel your order. The value of the order will be credited as store credit to your JOBBIE Nut Butter Account and not as a direct refund. The store credit at your JOBBIE Nut Butter Account can be used for your next purchase. 

Any cancellation of order after fulfilment cannot be refunded. 

My early order has been cancelled, why?

Your order will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not completed within 3 calendar days. Kindly contact us if you would like to restore your order. Alternatively, you may place a new order instead.
